Selling your home is exciting, overwhelming and stressful. Where do you start? What is most important?

Home Evolution was created with the needs of a home seller in mind. We offer a wide range of services that can help streamline the process, lessen stress, and improve your bottom line.

Our service is not about pouring a ton of money into a house you are going to leave.

It is about showing you how to use what you have and spend wisely to squeeze every bit of equity out of your house. Staging is certainly worth the minor investment considering the potential return.

A recent client raised her asking price by $9,000 after we staged her home, and it still sold at full price after only two showings!

What a client says about Amanda Freeman

“I am happy to say we just sold our home, at the full asking price, after only two showings. We owe a lot of that to your efforts in staging our house for sale. It made all the difference. In fact, the couple that bought our home said that exactly. The warm color scheme and decor you suggested set our house apart from all the others they looked at. Thank you for all your hard work. I will certainly contact you in the future if we decide to sell again.”

V. Mayer

Not only did this house sell fast, but the owners decided to raise the asking price by $9,000 after staging was completed!

Living Room Staging

Before

After

This living room had great features but it just looked cold and unwelcoming. Adding some furniture to help buyers picture the space in use, and a little paint on one wall to highlight the lovely built in shelves and fireplace, make this room feel like home.

Master Bathroom Staging

Before

After

This master bath was spacious but boring. Builders white does not excite a buyer and wasn't in keeping with the price point of the home. What a difference a little paint will make. A warm neutral to make the soaking tub and tile stand out. A new light fixture, a larger scale rug and some simple accessories make the room look luxurious. This is the kind of master bath a buyer will fall in love with.

Staging for Curb Appeal

Before

After

This definitely needed some attention before hitting the market. The owner planned to repaint the porch red and call it good. We suggested they paint the porch a dark brown and change the front door color from white to a deep burgundy. Though the budget did not allow for any further enhancement, the end result still gave buyers a positive first impression.
