Welcome to Baltimore Home Stagers

Baltimore Home Stagers is a home staging company dedicated to giving homeowners an advantage when selling their homes. In the current real estate climate, a staged home has an edge over an unstaged home.

Home staging is an investment in your future. It is better to invest in improving your home’s appearance than reduce the price of the home if it doesn’t show well.

Ready to Sell Your Home?

Let Baltimore Home Stagers help you maximize your home’s potential. First impressions are critical. Many buyers decide to buy within minutes, just based on how the home makes them feel. Staging your home creates warm, inviting spaces that encourage that emotional connection to your home.

How Does the Consultation work?

Terri Gunn, president of Baltimore Home Stagers, LLC will visit your home and conduct a two hour consultation during which she will assess your home’s best features and determine what modifications are necessary to show off your home’s potential.

You and Terri will walk through your home room by room and when the consultation is over, you will have a detailed “to do” list. She’ll suggest simple and creative changes to appeal to a wide variety of buyers. Some of these suggestions may include de-cluttering, cleaning and rearrangement of furniture and items you already own.

You can choose to make these changes yourself or Baltimore Home Stagers can facilitate all or some of the work for you.

About Terri Gunn

Terri Gunn has over 20 years experience in home renovation and decorating on a budget. She and her husband are real estate investors who know the value of a well staged home.

Terri understands how overwhelming it may seem to prepare your house for showings especially if you haven’t moved in a long time. She has bought and sold houses for profit many times and enjoys the challenge of getting a home ready within a short period of time.

Terri has a passion for interior redesign and looks forward to each new venture. As a former teacher, she is organized and able to juggle many projects at one time. She loves to assist people who may not have the time or the inclination to get their property ready to sell.

What A Client Says

“After Baltimore Home Stagers staged our home, we received multiple offers above the asking price and accepted a contract within a week. Terri was fun to work with and took care of all the details which really decreased the stress of selling our home.”

Louis M., Catonsville, MD

“When I needed to sell my house fast, I called Terri and she helped me figure out the best way to design my home to emphasize its strengths. We put it on the market and had two offers in the first week and a contract by the weekend.”

Dining Room Staging

Too much furniture, toys and the dark green door made the room seem small. The room appears bigger with less furniture and a round dining table and smaller area rug. The basement door was painted to help it blend in with the wall.

Kitchen Staging

This kitchen was a partial remodel. The pink countertop, sink, and pickled cabinets were outdated. The cabinets were painted white, then new hardware and undercounter lights were installed. With the freshly painted walls, new countertop, sink and faucet, this kitchen looks new.

The furniture was rearranged to create a focal point and the window seat was accented by a cushion and pillows instead of a place for exercise equipment and a catch all for junk. New curtains and bedding and an antique washstand and mirror from another room completed the makeover.
