The Consultation Process
An evaluation of the home will include the following:
- A room by room walk through with a detailed analysis of the home from inside to exterior including backyard and garage.
- Provide the homeowner with a detailed checklist outlining the changes needed to prepare the house for a quick sale
- De-cluttering, painting and household repairs
- Give advice on paint colors, furniture arrangement, and accessories
- Recommendation of rental furniture if required
At the end of the consultation we will work with client to prioritize the changes required to do the home staging. Client may choose to do the staging themselves OR hire Concept Home Staging and Design to do the complete staging project, the choice is yours!

This is an updated kitchen but the countertop is cluttered. After, the de-cluttered countertop shows a beautiful granite countertop and work space.

The wall colour was outdated, broadloom on the floor, very small pictures on the wall that look lost in the space this room looked dull. After, the furniture was relocated to the Living room area, providing for better furniture placement, broadloom was removed and an area rug was added along with a couple of rental pieces of furniture and a new chandelier

A dull and uninviting living room. The furniture was relocated where previously was the dining room, broadloom was removed a similar area rug was added, new curtains were added, pillows on the couch new lighting makes this room cosy and inviting.
