A twenty year resident of The Woodlands, Texas, she knows the area and has watched it grow. This means she knows the market and what buyers expect when looking for a home in your neighborhood.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation may take two or three hours. Every nook and cranny of your property inside and out will be discussed.
You will get an overall vision for your property and a written detailed plan will outline the steps needed to achieve “market ready” status.
Items that will be discussed in your initial consultation:
- Curb appeal
- Items to be removed to storage and why
- Repairs
- De-cluttering
- Arranging furniture to maximize space
- Neutralizing overall appearance
- Room makeovers using your existing furniture
- Lighting
- Suggest paint colors when necessary
- Trade referrals (painters, cleaners, repairmen, etc.)
At the end of the initial consultation you will have A PLAN OF ACTION!
You will decide whether you wish to do the work on your own or have Pinelo perform the work for you. If you prefer to call the tradesmen yourself she can give you referrals of tradesmen in the area that she has used and whose work she knows. If you want her to handle all the details then she will be happy to do so.
