Welcome to “Fab” Stager Home Staging and Re-Design

Is your home lacking the “WOW” factor when people walk in? Why not let Linda, the “Fab” Stager use her expertise to make a FABULOUS first impression! Potential buyers will be able to picture themselves living in the home as soon as they walk in the door.

Why use a Home Stager

Home Staging is essential in making your home outshine the competition. It is one of the smartest decisions a seller can make. Studies have shown that a minimal investment in staging will get a bigger return on your home. The majority of potential buyers go to the internet first to view a home; so staging can give you an edge over the competition. If you are overwhelmed at the idea of preparing your home to sell, “Fab” Stager can help by de-cluttering, rearranging furniture and accessories, providing digital images, preparing for an open house, or furnishing a vacant home.

This room had no warmth, function, or purpose. Not a room you would want a potential buyer to see! Linda added a rug and artwork, and pulled some furniture and accessories from other rooms in the home. Now it is an inviting retreat for anyone!

This small bedroom on the main level was not being used. With 2 professionals working at home, an extra office was needed. Linda suggested the warm golden paint color and added a desk. The inexpensive window coverings control light and privacy. Some existing accessories and furniture from other rooms were also painted to pull it all together. Now it is a very functional and inviting room!

This unfinished kitchen had prospective buyers adding up the cost and hassle of finishing it! The room already had new stainless steel appliances and a new slate floor. Linda advised adding a tin backsplash with a copper color bringing warmth and continuity to the walls and the slate floor. A granite counter top along with replacing the hardware on the cupboards and some new inexpensive bar stools gave the kitchen a whole new look that was completely up to date!
