We will prioritize the recommendations at the end of the consultation and you can decide if you would like to make the changes yourself, or have us handle any or all of it for you. Cathi Durkin is the owner of Impressive Staging , and has been decorating homes for years. This includes four of her own, which all sold quickly, for the asking price. In Cathi’s former life she was a flight attendant for 17 years. She was able to travel and see different styles of design and meet wonderful people from all around the world. This has given her the confidence and experience to feel comfortable in just about any situation. South Florida has been Cathi’s home for two years. She lives with her husband, three sons and a menagerie of animals.

We will go room-by-room and you will get detailed information on what needs to be done and where. If there is time and if possible, some things can be done on the spot. For example, Impressive Staging can rearrange furniture to places it is better suited for.
