- Home Staging Consultations, which includes a comprehensive walk- through beginning at the front door and through out every room in your home. This is followed by a detailed, prioritized To Do list outlining recommendations for improving your home’s marketability. At the end of the consultation, the client will also receive a list of house showing survival tips.

About Lori Korsen
Lori Korsen, president of Harmoni Home, LLC has a passion and talent for “all things decorating.” Her many projects have included redesign, renovating, and overseeing the building of a new home. Whether it is working on her own home or helping others decorate theirs, Lori has over 15 years of decorating experience. Her eye for design combined with organizational and time management skills ensures that your home staging project will produce beautiful and profitable results.
Lori Korsen has a bachelor’s degree in materials science engineering from the internationally recognized College of Engineering at Stony Brook University. Prior to being president of Harmoni Home, LLC Lori was president of Korsen Investments. There, she was actively involved in stock portfolio management. She is also proud to have been trained by home staging expert Debra Gould and is a Staging Diva® graduate.

This rarely used room was a dumping ground for extra furniture and household items. The unused furniture was removed, the household items were properly stored, and a desk was brought in from another room. This transformed the space into a functional and well organized home office.

The white tray ceiling and walls, along with too many odd pieces of furniture, made this master bedroom, unbalanced and cold. By painting the walls and ceiling a soothing, neutral color and bringing in just the right amount of matching furniture, the space becomes a relaxing and luxurious retreat.

This recreation room was overflowing with toys and games. Also, the furniture was poorly arranged and there was insufficient lighting. This created a cramped and uninviting space. By de-cluttering, installing better lighting, and bringing in furniture from other rooms, this recreation room became a comfortable gathering place to play and relax.
