The Process
The staging process starts with an in-home consultation (approximately 2 hours) to assess every aspect of your home. This is followed by a detailed written report identifying all items that require attention and help prioritizing them.
Home Remedy can then manage and execute the entire staging process for you or you can choose to be involved to whatever extent you like. We offer several staging options to accommodate your needs, wants and budget.

Maria has had a passion for design and decorating all her life. She studied interior decorating at George Brown College and interior design at Ryerson University.
With 10 years experience in the field of human resources, she also has exceptional people skills. She is a keen listener and able to develop a strong rapport with people to truly understand their needs. These skills, combined with her creative talents, allow her to provide staging solutions that balance the homeowner’s needs, budget and other constraints with design schemes that cater to the desires of home buyers and also appeal to their emotions.

Maria approaches each staging assignment with sensitivity and understands that the process of separating yourself from your home can cause a great deal of stress and anxiety.
