This bedroom had no warmth or appeal especially with plain white walls with one wall having clapboard siding. Rather than remove the clapboard it was painted a calming contrasting hue and made the focal point in the room. Home Staging Ideas used material similar to the bed covering and stretched it over picture frames to turn this otherwise bland room into an inviting dream escape.

This dark brick fireplace in the family room was cold, uninviting and although functional, was seldom used. Removing the brick, refinishing and painting the wall, Home Staging Ideas turned the fireplace into the focal point giving this room the ambiance it needed. The addition of the round mirror and black leather chair adds a modern style and feel. These changes turned an unused outdated area into a functional, contemporary space adding value and appeal.

This area looks chaotic with everything positioned against one wall. It gives a feeling of a small room without enough space to move. By painting adjoining walls contrasting colours the room has more depth. Excess items were removed leaving only the entertainment centre. A floor lamp placed in the corner gives a sense of balance. Home Staging Ideas made the overall appearance of this room spacious, neat and relaxing.
