At the same time, we’ll email the homeowner or real estate agent with the information you have supplied to us (your name, company name, phone number, email and website/Staging Diva Directory listing).

This process usually takes 1 to 2 days.

It’s up to you to find out anything else you need to know directly from the prospect.

Not all of these leads will turn into actual projects, which is why we only charge you a referral fee if you get work out of it.

Payment of referral fees

It is also up to you to negotiate your own rate structure and payment terms with the client.

The Staging Diva referral fee you agreed to when you applied for this referral is due and payable to Six Elements Inc. once you get ANY work from this lead (whether it’s a consultation or a full staging project). Failure to notify us when you’ve been hired by a client will mean that you won’t get any future referrals.
