Kitchen was traditional and nice but a cupboard and table were too big for the area leaving no room to move around it. Homeowner was planning to downsize so acquiring smaller items was appropriate. Round glass table was an ultimate solution for the square area and made this dining room look bigger and airier that is exactly what families are looking for in a high traffic dine-in-kitchen. Picture arrangement isn't personal, just travel, in inexpensive IKEA frames, opened the space too.

Living room was packed with heavy worn out furniture which was placed in an odd way obstructing flow in this open concept and making the room look much smaller, cramped and uninviting. Such a positive feature as a nice hardwood floor was covered with big area rug and not visible to buyers. We repositioned faded couch and covered with inexpensive bedspread. Pillow shams made of former curtains from other room added splash of color. Light armchairs and a new coffee table along with pictures arrangement made the room brighter, more spacious. Modern ambience is more appealing to potential buyers in this area, the young families with children. Area rug was removed to show glossy light hardwood.

Antique and mixed furniture with armoires and four post high bed was a beautiful but heavy load for this master bedroom of a modest size. The dark blue broadloom was worn out and unattractive. It made the whole room look dark and gloomy. The posts made the ceiling look too low. We replaced the carpeting with easy to fix click-on laminate, removed heavy objects and posts to the storage, painted walls in warm color. New curtains, bedding and a light headboard with existing bed made this master bedroom look spacious, warm and cozy.
