Your Home: A Marketing Masterpiece
Home Staging 101
Home staging is strategically preparing your house to sell for top dollar, as quickly as possible. Part marketing, part psychology and part design, a well-staged home will appear spacious, clean and comfortable, appealing to the broadest range of buyers.
Make Your Home Irresistible!
Savvy sellers realize the incredible upside potential of their real estate holdings. A smartly staged home will frequently sell for thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars more than comparable homes that lack that special touch. Also, it is typical for staged homes to be on the market for about half the time that it usually takes to sell. In a nutshell, people stage their homes to get top dollar offers in record time!
Home Staging Works Wonders in Any Market
Wouldn’t you love to capitalize on a sellers’ market and attract multiple offers or even an above-list price sale? Staged homes immediately generate a buzz of excitement when they are listed in a hot market, with buyers scrambling to make their offers. Or, when the market is slow, why not leave the competition far behind when your beautiful and functional home shines the brightest?
Home Staging: An Affordable Investment!
An experienced home stager will help you get the maximum value from the sale of your home. Staging services are a bargain compared to reducing your asking price if your home does not sell within a few weeks or even months. Imagine the sinking feeling of slashing $10,000, $20,000 or even more off the list price of a home that just does not generate enough interest or offers. Avoid this common real estate pitfall by making sure your house creates a real stir the moment it hits the market.
Staging Your Vacant Home
The echo of footsteps, empty walls, naked windows— most buyers simply cannot visualize the potential of a vacant home. Add an attractive dining set, furnish the living room, and showcase a luxuriously appointed bedroom suite: now buyers can immediately relate to the space and dream about living there. Strategic staging will convert tire kickers into committed buyers.

Before

This empty living space looks small and dated. Once furnished, it becomes warm and welcoming, with ample room for both dining and living room sets.

To turn this blah master bedroom into a refreshing retreat, a few adjustments were made: Simple pleat back drapes and inexpensive Ikea bedding blend well with the wall tones. Clutter was banished, and a focal point was created on the bedside table with a lamp and larger scale artwork. A white bench at the foot of the bed completes the look. Result: A room to fall in love with!

Challenge: Make this loft an appealing place to rest *and* to work! This was accomplished by clearing away the clutter, updating the bedding and adding the right artwork and floral accessories. This room now has a balanced, calm feel.
