Dining Room Staging

This dining area was cluttered with many personal photos, mismatched pictures on the wall, knick knacks on the floor and too much clutter. The table wasn't situated properly under the light fixture and the table cloth was too overwhelming for the room. After de-cluttering, moving furniture out of the room and changing the table top, this dining area has a warmer feel. It is less distracting and the splash of red gives the room some much needed vibrance. It is more elegant and appealing to the eye.
 
Kitchen Staging

This kitchen was obviously chaotic with 'stuff' all over the place! The fridge had far too many items placed on it and there were too many appliances and canisters on the counter. The whole space felt stressful! After removing all the small appliances and small items, you can clearly see all the counter space. You can see the brightness of the room and now the countertop is more vast and noticeable. The room brings a calm feeling as opposed to the previous stressful one.
 
Living Room Staging

Before, this living room felt far too small to accommodate anyone's furniture. The oversized sofa and chaise lounge seemed too large for the space with no clear focal point. You couldn't notice the fireplace or beautiful bay window. Overall, this was a very cramped room. After taking out most of the furniture that wasn’t necessary, this room seems more spacious and cozy. All the overwhelming clutter was removed and the fireplace is an obvious focus to the room. The bay window has been enhanced by the placement of the chaise lounge at an angle. The smaller black coffee table gives the illusion of more floor space.
