What Clients Say about Pat McArthur

“Pat’s recommendations for changes to my home were easy for me to do and I was ready to list my house quickly. Pat recommended moving large pieces of furniture to another room which dramatically improved the space. Pat also worked with me to sort through clutter that was very distracting to potential buyers.”

~Trish Hanson, Pickering

Bedroom Staging

Before

After

Before : This master bedroom is very busy. Placing the bed on an angle takes up a lot of space and limits floor space in the room. After : Removing the wallpaper, repainting & taking out the corner built in opens up the room and creates a more soothing master bedroom retreat.

Living Room Staging

Before

After

Before : This traditional home has beautiful trim throughout in the original dark stain. The rooms are not large and are made to feel smaller with the dark colour. After : By painting the walls in a warmer tone and painting out all of the trim, the room feels larger and more inviting.

Basement Staging

Before

After

Before : This house had been on the market for many months and this room isn't helping it sell. Designed to be a family room with great hardwood flooring and a tongue and groove pine ceiling, it has become a dumping ground for junk. After : Removing the clutter and starting over. Pat added curtains, new furniture and accessories to create a very desirable and marketable family space.
