The Process
We start with a 2-3 hour consultation in your home. This entails a comprehensive, detailed walk through of your entire property, including the outside. You will receive a meticulous room by room critique of your home with recommendations of what needs to be added, removed, rearranged or changed in order to repackage each room into a depersonalized space that will appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers. We will prioritize the recommendations at the end of the consultation and you can decide if you would like to make the changes yourself, or have us handle any or all of it for you. If you decide to let us manage any recommendations for you, we will provide you with a quote and timeline. It’s that easy.
About Lisa Kleino
Lisa Kleino has been a resident of Rochester Hills for over 30 years. She earned her B.S. degree in Business Management from Oakland University and spent 10 years negotiating and managing over $96 million of business with General Motors and Saturn. “Buying fuel tanks and brake pedals was fun, but not as much fun as lamps and artwork!” Lisa’s passion and flair for remodeling and decorating lead her to purchase several “fixer uppers” and hone her skills. “I love transforming a space…..I thrive on rearranging and accessorizing a room in a way the homeowner would have never thought of.” Lisa is a graduate of The Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training Program taught by internationally recognized home staging expert Debra Gould, president of Six Elements Inc.
