- The process begins with an in home consultation that lasts for up to two hours. We will go through each room with you, giving you detailed instructions on how to prepare it. Your entire home will be looked at from the property’s curb appeal, to cluttered medicine cabinets and closets. We will inspect your home with a critical eye to please even the fussiest buyer. If your home requires furniture to be rented, we will be able to provide you with an estimated quotation at the end of the consultation.

Red has always been passionate about decoration. For over 10 years he has helped many people including family and friends with decorating, choosing the right colours, finding the right furniture, accessorizing, and preparing homes for sale, and all for the love of doing it.
In 2010 while working as an Investment Banker in Toronto’s financial district, Red started his own company Redesign4more.
Fuelled by his passion and love of decoration, Red continues to create a “Wow” factor in every home that he decorates. Sharing his passion for transforming ordinary living spaces into a warm and inviting place.

The decoration in this house is dated. It sat on the market for weeks because the buyers couldn't see past the decor. We exposed the beautiful wood dining table by using a runner instead of the crochet table cloth. We installed a more modern pendant lamp, hanged a mirror that we found in the basement during the walk through, and used additional decors that they already had. All together, the total feel and look of the room was changed from old and dated to warm and inviting!

This 3 bedroom semi-detached house was in the market for 5 weeks with no offers at all. The owners put in a new hardwood floor to attract buyers, but the mismatched furniture, the clutter, and the smell of the house was not appealing to buyers. Before considering a price reduction, the owner called us to stage the property. After staging, the property was sold in 5 days, with 4 offers and sold for $12,000 over the asking price.

This bathroom is not showing its true potential because of clutter. By cleaning, eliminating clutter and introducing color, we can now notice the beautiful sink and wood counter top. A little decluttering and a splash of colour creates big impact to potential buyers!
