These shots show a stunning new home that required furniture hire to assist buyers to visualise a lifestyle for themselves within the property. A number of difficult to furnish spaces in the home were soon areas to showcase the property after Shift by Design completed the installation. Soon the traffic zones were defined and potential home buyers could see the opportunities that existed for the property.

A stunning original property built in 1895 needed a refresh after the property had been rented for sometime. Shift by Design provided a colour consultation and management of painters as well as furniture hire and installation for the whole property. Retaining the romance of the original design and layout of the property with a slight contemporary finish (after the declutter) was the goal for this beautiful bedroom.

This unique inner-city, cylindrically shaped apartment complex is a challenge to furnish due to the pie-slice shaped rooms. This was overcome with light and modern hire furniture that reflected the urban feel of the area as well as incorporating some bright accent colours to give the property personality and life. Fresh and funky living on the fringe of Hobart’s city.
