All the wonderful details are hidden in this lovely room. Dark, dated and over personalized decor was what potential buyers saw when first entering this home. After, bright and cheerful! The room now showcases the gleaming hardwood floors, wall of windows and architectural details of the fireplace.

This overcrowed and busy room actually took away from the homes number one selling feature.. a tranquil and much desired outdoor living space. After, the space is a relaxed seating area, now providing a perfect place to transition out onto the large wrap-a-round deck and park like landscaping.

This kitchen lacks definition. Is it a kitchen, t.v. room, or office? A wall mounted t.v., cluttered desk and dated swivel chairs left prospective buyers confused and questioning the amount of space in the home. After, the kitchen is now well defined, spotlighting the new granite counters and stainless appliances. We removed the desk to a designated office area, removed the t.v. from the wall and replaced the existing kitchen table with one the homeowners had in storage.
