About Terrie Deutch, President of Sold by Dezign
At a young age Terrie Deutch had an eye for design. She developed that passion while attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and received a degree in Fashion Design. After years in the retail industry Terrie decided to expand her love for design and detail by going back to college for her degree in interior design.
For over 15 years Terrie has purchased, remodeled and resold homes for herself and others. With many homes under her “tool” belt, Terrie continues to create ideal spaces for clients, helping them sell to top buyers and earning thousands of extra dollars for their homes.
Interior design and Fashion design go hand in hand. Both require a technical eye, a passion for beauty and a selective viewpoint to create works of art. Terrie of Sold by Dezign can create a work of art out of your space and help you sell for top dollar.

Before staging, This sitting area is off of the master bedroom and has been used for overflow of clothes, books and other "stuff". After staging, Sold By Dezign brought in chairs, table and cabinet from the basement and added window treatments to match the master bedroom. This sitting room is now a place to relax from the stresses of the day.

Before staging, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinets should be anything but boring!!!! After staging, a window treatment and some accessories were added by Sold By Dezign and made this a kitchen any chef would love spending time in.

Before staging, a foyer is the "first impression" of any home and this nondescript space was lacking any warmth or friendly greeting. After staging, Sold By Dezign added a few accessories that will give any potential visitors a feeling of "welcome" in this happy foyer.
