About Nicole Theroux
Nicole has been staging and selling homes for a profit for 25 years, even before “decorating to sell” was called “home staging.” The homes she has staged have always sold very quickly and made a substantial profit.
Nicole is very creative and loves to rearrange furniture and decorate. This has always been her passion. “Sparkle” is what your home will do when she is finished staging it. The small details and the final changes are what make your home sell faster in a competitive market for more profitable.
Nicole has an extensive background in customer service and sales in the local Hamilton area and is also a graduate of Staging Diva® Program.
She has a background as a Distribution Manager and for many years has had many responsibilities including organizing products, warehousing and team management. She has mastered the art of juggling many projects at one time under extreme pressure to ensure the product gets to the customer in a “just in time delivery”.

The kitchen had too much clutter on the counters and the refrigerator. Once this was removed and staged, the kitchen looked very clean and spacious.

This bedroom has too many items in it for a small room. The room was messy and un-organized. The clutter was removed and the linen on the bed was changed to a bright color. Now the room looks fresh and pleasing to the eye. It also has a welcoming feel when you walk in.

The master bath should be a place to relax and feel inviting. Once the clutter was removed, the feel of this bath is more like a Spa, where one can go to and feel pampered.
