An initial two-hour in-home consultation is the first step
Laurelanne will walk with you through each area of the property—working to view the property through the eyes of a buyer— to get an overall feel of the home and its furnishings.
Laurelanne then follows up with a detailed plan of recommendations to help eliminate clutter and enhance the ambiance and appeal of your home.
The ideal result? More interest, more traffic, and more time spent in your home by potential buyers— and ultimately more offers.
Laurelanne’s expertise will give you a fresh perspective on:
