Style to Move is a Toronto-based staging company servicing The Danforth, Riverdale, Leslieville, The Beach, Hunt Club and Birchcliff areas. Style to Move is owned and operated by Janet Belbeck, a Toronto stylist who has decided to bring her expertise to the home.

Preferring to work with what clients already have before renting or buying, Janet stages every room in a way that minimizes your costs while transforming your space. The result is a welcoming and tastefully decorated environment that gets noticed by buyers.

Consultation: How it works
The initial consultation with Style to Move is 2 hours long. During this time, Janet takes a tour of each room in your house and gives advice on how to improve it for re-sale. In some cases, depending on the condition of the home, the rooms can be styled with the homeowner or agent during the walkthrough.
After the initial consultation, you will receive a detailed list of what needs to be done in order to put the house on the market. You can then decide if you want to accomplish the items on the list on your own or have Janet oversee the project.
Some clients prefer to paint and clean on their own and then have Janet come back and re-arrange furniture, books and accessories. Other clients have her shop for things like new towels and linen and then return and style their home for the open house.
Whatever you decide, an hourly fee applies for all Style to Move services beyond the initial 2-hour consultation, for which there is a set fee.
