About Allegra Dioguardi (formerly Shann)
Allegra Dioguardi, president of Styled and Sold LLC, is a graduate of Parsons School of Design.
She has 26 years of experience merchandising homes to sell and is recognized nationally as an expert in Model Home Design. Allegra’s clients have included some of the top homebuilders nationally and in the D.C. Metro area.
An experienced teacher, Allegra has taught The Benefits of Home Staging to Realtors and mentored Model Home Interior Designers on the design principles of interior merchandising.
If you are a model home shopper, you have probably already seen some of her award winning designs.
Allegra is a member of the Active Rain Real Estate Network and the American Society of Home Stagers and Re-designers (ASHSR).

How it’s done
After calling Styled and Sold, a two-hour consultation will be scheduled. Styled and Sold will research the demographics and check out the competition.
You and Allegra will walk through your home in an organized fashion. She will identify your home’s best features and take steps to highlight them. Conversely, any negative features can be downplayed.
At the end of the meeting, you will have a complete “punch list” outlining all suggested changes. You can opt to complete the work yourself or you can let Styled and Sold take on some or all of the tasks, making preparing your home for sale truly stress free.
