Marcia and her family have lived on Vancouver Island on and off for twenty-three years as the Navy required. She has successfully home schooled her five children through high school. And now, as the youngest is headed for university she is the president of her own business, Sunny Brook Home Staging. As a retired Navy wife, Marcia has staged and sold homes from coast to coast in Canada. Often with only two weeks notice she has brought a family home from “well lived in” to “Wow!” Since each military posting entailed buying as well as selling, Marcia knows what your buyer is looking for. Her suggestions will make sure that your home shows its best and sticks in the minds of potential buyers.
