The Process and Results
During your initial two hour consultation your property will be thoroughly assessed. Based on this assessment, a plan will be developed for getting your home to turn-key condition with a warm and inviting atmosphere. After the consultation you can opt to have The Finer Stage execute as much or as little of the plan as you wish.
If you choose to have The Finer Stage assist you in completing the staging, you will have available to you a variety of resources that will simplify the staging process. Using these resources will make this stressful time go smoothly because The Finer Stage will handle the details.
From start to finish, after an approximate two week period, the result will be a home with it’s best features on display. Home staging builds “You’ve got to see this house!” excitement about your property, and increased traffic of potential buyers who will feel at home in your house.
Remember, it is always more cost-effective to have your home staged than to take your first price cut.
