Staging Diva Graduates, if you’ve seen a home staging project advertised at the Home Staging Business Report and you’d like to apply, you’ve come to the right place!

Note: This program is for Graduates of the Staging Diva Home Staging Training Program only!

Applications submitted by Staging Diva Directory members are given first priority for all home staging project referrals, and referrals are FREE for directory members!

Simply complete this form! We will review your site/application and if we feel you’re appropriate for the job, we’ll recommend you (if you don’t provide all the information requested, you won’t be considered):

By submitting this form you agree that we can share your contact information with the homeowner or real estate agent that requested a home stager. 

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to follow up with this contact and commit to dealing with them with integrity.

You will receive any contact information we have for the homeowner or agent if you are recommended for the staging project.

Once you get ANY paid work out of this lead (whether it’s a consultation or a full staging), the referral fee becomes due and payable to Six Elements Inc.

This fee is $250 if we are recommending you to a homeowner, and $500 if we are recommending you to an agent (because it could lead to multiple projects/agent referrals).

All referral fee are payable in US funds. It is up to you whether you want to build all or part of the referral fee into the rate you quote the client.

By participating in this Referral Service, you agree to let us know what happened after you made contact with this lead. Failure to do so will mean that you won’t be considered for future referrals.
