Debra Gould— aka The Staging Diva— fell in love with home staging in the late 1990s when she decorated and sold her first condo. After staging and flipping 4 houses she realized she could make a career out of helping others get top dollar when they sold their homes.
She has been a pioneer in the home staging industry in the US, Canada and Australia since 2002 when she first started writing about home staging and why it works.
Debra has staged homes on HGTV and is frequently profiled in major media.
She personally staged hundreds of client homes while answering emails from struggling home stagers in her spare time. They all wanted to know how her staging company was so successful.
Too many creatively talented home stagers didn’t understand how to make a living from their talents.
In 2005, Debra created the Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training Program to fill that gap.
The author of several best selling guides, Debra Gould has also written over 1000 articles on home staging for home stagers, realtors and homeowners.
