Vacation Rental Bedroom

This bedroom had been made into an open family room where the closet had become a 1980's style bar. The color selection made a large room look dark and funky. As a vacation rental, an extra bedroom was mandatory, so it was switched back. The entire room was painted white, the bar was removed and the closet reinstated, and all new furniture, lighting and accessories were installed to create a light, bright, large and private master bedroom.

There were too many pieces of random furniture in the space, making it look crowded. The lack of any artwork, rugs and lighting gave the room a cold, Spartan look and was unwelcoming. All furniture except for the 2 sofas and 2 end tables was replaced. A soffit was built to support a flat screen TV. The fireplace was previously non- operational. A new gas fireplace set was installed. New lighting, furniture, rug and accessories were installed.

Home For Sale Living/Dining Area

This large room was heavily cluttered and overburdened with too much furniture of the wrong size and scale. It made a large room look dingy and actually much smaller than its true size. Poorly arranged lighting left "grey" areas in sections of the space. A major de-cluttering and removal of 6 large pieces of furniture was performed. All remaining furniture, art and accessories were re-arranged to create a more open feeling and gave the space a better flow. Additional lighting gave more warmth to the large room.
