Tiffany started TKM Design Group with 10 years experience in commercial design and project management. With her design business she brings creative style and results; while working with homeowners to stage their property and attract top dollar buyers or redesigning their existing property for a fresh new look.
Along with Tiffany’s experience in the design industry she is also a Graduate of Seattle Art Institute and The Staging Diva Home Staging Program offered by Debra Gould who has been published in CNN Money and in The Home Business Magazine.

The Process Begins with a Consultation
Suggestions, placement, & direction!
Tiffany will meet with the homeowner for a two hour consultation. They will assess the home from the exterior curb appeal to the interior layout. They will walk through the home and identify what could be changed or added to bring out the homes most desired potential. During the walk through a room by room checklist will be created of recommendations for the homeowner to complete or for TKM to manage for them.
