Direction
You’ve made the decision to sell your home and the most effective way of achieving this, is by arousing the buyer’s emotions. Most purchases are generated from the heart, rather than the head and the aim of a consultation is to give you the direction necessary, in order to turn your property into something that will evoke that “Wow” factor at first sight.
Selection
You choose:
- I can advise you on the best approach to achieving your goal, leaving you to organize the whole procedure.
- Alternatively, and this is your stress-free option, I will take on the entire project. De-cluttering and re-arranging your existing home or maybe even renting furniture and accessories to stage it to it’s optimum level. I can also introduce other trades and handymen to spruce up your property.
- You can arrange for me to do as much or as little as you wish, the selection really is yours.
Perfection
Together we will reach our goal, creating a hot property that will appeal to a higher percentage of buyers because it stands out from the rest of the competition – perfection.

Before

After

Although full of clutter, this bathroom had a good foundation to work with. It was recommended that the client update the flooring, de-clutter and add some fresh towels and accents - simple, yet effective.
Before

After

Here we have a mismatch of bedding and clutter all around the bed which is not creating a sense of space in this small room. Some fresh bedding, the addition of bedside tables and lamps, creates a relaxing, functional bedroom any buyer can imagine themselves in.
Before

After

This empty living room felt very cold with the wall colour and buyers couldn't imagine their furniture in the empty space. A warm cream was painted on the walls, rich colours in furniture and accessories were introduced. To complete the look, new drapes replaced the old blinds and a modern, warm welcoming feel was created.
