Staging your home for resale is the process of preparing your home for sale
We live in a very busy world between careers and family, life is very hectic. Stress levels rise when it’s time to put a house on the market, unless you have someone to solve your home dilemmas.
Preparing your home to sell can seem daunting at first. Peggy removes the stress of getting your home market-ready. She will walk through your home and give you an objective opinion, help you solve problem areas and find ways to emphasize your home’s best features.
Peggy’s in-home consultation takes approximately 2 hours. She will review every aspect of your home from curb appeal to each room in your house. Her written report advises you on the steps that need to be taken to show off your home and make it the most desirable to a buyer.
Peggy may suggest that you change paint colors in your home to a neutral color, so that the prospective buyer can better visualize placing their furniture in your color palette. Often rearranging furniture is needed so that your home appears larger. By addressing these issues, and with well-chosen accessories, Peggy can transform your home so that a buyer feels that they can move right in.
Most people start searching for a new home via the Internet. If a home shows well, that’s the home that intrigues the buyer. Your home will be transformed as quickly as possible so that it will sell faster and you won’t have to live with the constant interruption of showings.

After seeing how quickly Peggy staged our previous home, I am so happy that Peggy helped me choose my paint color, flooring, fabrics and accessories for our new home. Our home feels so warm and inviting. I couldn’t have pulled this altogether as simply as she did.

The furniture in this foyer was too large and overwhelming and bland. The new wrought iron bench with the Spice cushions along with the painting brought color into the area.

The gray walls were dreary and painted a warm maple syrup color. A multi-colored area rug brought various colors into the room. A beautiful oval mirror was placed above the mantle with scones flanking each side. Paprika color pillows and candles bring out the colors in the area rug.

The 15 x 15 metre sunken living room was originally a playroom. The walls were painted a calm sky blue and the floor was covered in a beautiful chocolate carpet. The owner of the home resides on an island north of Scotland so all of the fabrics, materials and furnishings had to be imported.
