Preparing a property for sale, starts with a home visit during which Miriam evaluates, makes recommendations and begins the process of transforming the home into a market-ready property. At the end of this visit, the home seller will be armed with a room-by-room action plan and clear priorities. The home seller decides if they will implement these recommendations themselves, or have SellWell Home Staging do it for them, or a combination of both.

Spending $2000 to replace it was out of the question, so Miriam took off the doors and drove to the local auto body shop and asked them to paint the green doors black – they did for just $200. That home received 3 offers its first day on the market; it sold above asking price.
